• We Provide FDNY Fire Alarm inspection unit inspections

• We provided the document Coordinate collection required for your projects that FDNY Fire Alarm inspection unit will require obtain the FDNY inspection re-inspection to final letter of approval

• Provide and arrange fire alarm per-testing with the project’s trades EC, FA vendor, sprinkler, HVAC, and, elevator

​

• Provide PE Affidavit following a successful Fire Alarm per-test stating the system is in functional operating state for TCO or lease issues  

​

• Provide PE Affidavit following a successful per-test of an exciting FDNY Letter of Defect stating all line item on Letter of Defect have been tested both physically, and documentation request complied and the system is in functional operating state for TCO or lease issues
